When you place an order with Bramble & Kin, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.
Your order is accepted when we confirm that it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at brambleandkin@gmail.com. Because our products are printed to order, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellation requests can be accommodated once production has begun.
This does not affect any cancellation, return, refund or other rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, an obvious pricing or product-information error has occurred, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue an appropriate refund.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
