Refund policy

We hope you love your Bramble & Kin order. If something isn’t quite right, please contact us at brambleandkin@gmail.com.

Change-of-mind returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you would like to return it. Once you have contacted us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.

To be eligible for a return, your item should be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition, with any original tags still attached. Please include your order number when contacting us.

To request a return, email brambleandkin@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Customers are responsible for the cost of change-of-mind return postage. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if it is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Email brambleandkin@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any necessary return costs.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order.

Refunds

We’ll let you know once your return has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, where applicable.

For eligible cancellations, we’ll also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded.

We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it, resulting in a loss of value.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.
